Overview
The Anchorage (Somers Point, N.J.) • Sal’s Gilbert Pizza (Gilbert, Ariz.) • Salty’s BBQ & Catering (Bakersfield, Calif.) This trip, Guy's headin’ coast to coast and north to south. In New Jersey, a legendary spot dishin' out righteous crab-stuffed flounder and a legit spin on cannelloni. In Arizona, a mom and pop pizza place tossin’ pies topped with everything from baked ziti to chicken marsala. And in Bakersfield, a joint dishin’ out sunshine and down-home specialties, like tri tip and grilled chicken worthy of a road trip.
