Beef, Lamb and Pig

Overview

Irish Rover (Louisville, Ky.) • Bang Bang Burgers (Charlotte, N.C.) • The Improper Pig (Charlotte, N.C.) Guy Fieri hunts down all kinds of meaty favorites, starting in Louisville with an Irish pub's cottage pie. Then on to two very different stops in the Queen City: a burger joint addin' toppings like Southern-fave pimento cheese, and a funky Asian-barbecue fusion spot crankin' out spicy pulled pork and Asian slaw for "Chow Bao" tacos.
