Hot Dogs, Hot Knots, and Hot Ramen

Overview

This trip, Guy Fieri's tasting hot takes on comfort! A husband-and-wife duo near Asheville, N.C., is doing whole-animal and farm-to-table right, firin' up high-octane hot dogs and wicked chicken parm sausages. In Reno, Nev., a community-invested spot is bringin' a taste of NYC to the desert with primo pepperoni Sicilian pie, the-bomb Buffalo knots, and craveable cannoli cookie cups. Plus, a righteous ramen joint in Calgary, Alberta, is craftin' out-of-bounds noodle bowls and prime-time pork tacos.
