Overview

Alistair Appleton goes rural property shopping in Exmoor with a newlywed couple who have a £625,000 budget for a country home that will house his parents and provide her with land for horses. While in the area, Alistair heads to the coastal village of Porlock to find out how local oyster farming has been radically revived after more than a century. While the tide is out, he has the chance to sample them, fresh from the nets.
