Today is all about the best new restaurants in America! Rach and her co-host, Jesse Palmer, get a taste of the newest hot spots — recommended by chef friends and celeb pals from all over the USA! Plus, the chefs from two of Rachael's favorite NYC spots are cooking in our kitchen. Greg Baxtrom is making Beer-Battered Delicata Squash Rings with Green Tomato Ketchup from his farm-to-table restaurant, Olmsted. Then, Missy Robbins is whipping up the first pasta dish she conceived for her Italian restaurant, Misi. And Rach is serving up a sweet and smoky spaghetti of her own!
