City Hunter '91

A plane carrying drugs and a wanted woman crashes into Ryo's apartment which forces him and Kaori to sleep on the same bed.

Kaori overhears a phone conversation between Ryo and Saeko after which she realises that she has rented her room to a detective whose motive is to arrest Ryo.

Ryo comes across a stuntwoman named Yuki who is trying to get her memory back by performing dangerous stunts. She believes Yuki is being hypnotised by someone.

Ryo is chased by the police as they think he is the underwear thief. He escapes with the help of Miyuki.

Ryo stumbles upon a pretty ghost named Ami Asaka who tells him that she was murdered by a serial killer. She hires him to protect her younger sister.

Ryo comes clean about the fact that he pretended to be Ami's fiance to get close to Mami which infuriates her. She gets a letter from Ami who asks her to trust him.

Kaori befriends an Austrian orphan, Hans Zeigfried who is a professional killer and dying from a fatal disease. Kaori is abducted by Hans' enemies.
