Guy Fieri's hanging out at mom-and-pop spots, like a family-run Indian joint hooked up to a gas station in Logan, UT. He stops at a dumpling house in Vermont and a Denver landmark where Mom's cookin' up Caribbean-soul favorites.
Guy Fieri's taking a trip around the world without leaving the U.S. An Italian eatery in Boston is still serving up real-deal dishes from the homeland, and just down the street, a popular place is making major-league burgers and poppin' up all over the city. There's a first time for everything when Guy decides to revisit a ramen spot in El Paso, Texas, that he just discovered for dinner the night before!
Florence's Restaurant (Oklahoma City, Okla.) • The Pie Dump (Garland, Utah) • Just Be Kitchen (Denver, Colo.)
Guy Fieri hits the road and digs into some down-home cooking. In OKC, it's the country-cookin' joint fryin' up pork ribs and crankin' out yam-fried chicken. In Utah, an almost hundred-year-old Garland institution servin' up legendary breads, sammies, and sweet treats. And a Denver joint puttin' a healthy, paleo spin on classic comfort food dishes.
Guy Fieri's thinking outside the box. He and his son, Hunter, check on an Italian spot in Boston dishing out double portions of their authentic eats, and a Baltimore pizza joint is serving up not-your-average-shaped pies.
Bun Daddy (Juneau, Alaska) • il porcellino salumi (Denver, Colo.) • Sabores International Cuisine (Logan, Utah)
This trip, Guy's diggin' into dishes from buns to cured meats to funky burgers. In Juneau, a husband and wife duo makin' funky bao in their tiny trailer. In Denver, an artisanal charcuterie emporium curin' and dryin' dozens of salumi for their killer deli sandwiches. And in Utah, an international success story servin' up flavors from around the world - includin' a funky peanut butter burger.
Guy Fieri gets in touch with his Italian roots as he pops into a Baltimore market where the arancini and eggplant lasagna are both off-the-hook. Then, in Park City, Utah, the apres-ski crowd is clamoring for this seafood cioppino.
Guy Fieri meets chefs putting their roots into their menus, like a Utah joint serving Louisiana specialties including blackened chicken pasta. He also finds vegan Israeli flavors in Portland, OR, and Detroit-style pizza in Denver.
