Suspecting that René is an infiltrator, Camila and Ezequiel set a trap for him. Meanwhile, Tirso risks everything to honor his agreement with Dulce.

As Tirso seeks revenge on a cold-blooded enemy who's recently surfaced, police suspect him of murdering members of a gang.

Desperate for help, Dulce asks Tirso for a favor, while Ezequiel stops at nothing to find her. After getting out of prison, Nelson wants to see his son.

With everyone convinced of his guilt, Tirso flees with a hostage. An unexpected ally helps him, while Ezequiel receives misleading tips about the killer.

While his family pleads with him to have life-saving surgery, Tirso focuses on one final task: get his revenge on Romero for what he did to Irene.
